- Account Information: Name, email address, encrypted password, and company details provided during registration.
- Audio Recordings & Transcriptions: Voice recordings from customer meetings that you choose to record to generate quotes. Audio is securely processed for speech-to-text transcription and quote extraction.
- Quote & Customer Data: Quotes, line items, price lists, catalogs, job addresses, and client contact details that you enter into the service.
- Camera & AR/LiDAR Data: Camera access is used exclusively for on-device room scanning and floor plan generation. Room geometry is processed securely to create 2D and 3D architectural plans.
- Identifiers: User ID and technical tokens necessary for session management and in-app purchase verification.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your data to:
- Provide, maintain, and enhance our services (AI quote generation, 3D room design, PDF export, digital signing).
- Authenticate your account and provide customer support.
- Process in-app purchases of AI credits via Apple StoreKit and Stripe.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and prevent abuse.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors
We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary information with trusted infrastructure and service providers:
- Supabase: Secure cloud database storage and authentication (EU datacenter).
- Apple & Stripe: Secure payment and in-app purchase processing.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery for team invitations and quote sharing.
- AI Providers (Groq / Whisper, Google Gemini): For speech transcription and quote drafting. Your data is not used to train public AI foundation models.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, export, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app settings or by contacting us at support@quotely.se.
